How do I order?
  1. Browse Inventory: Locate the products you are interested in ordering
  2. Add To Cart: Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”
  3. Checkout: When you have all your products in your shopping cart and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page
  4. Enter Discount Code: Check to see if everything looks right, if you have a coupon code enter it and click Apply Coupon. When you’re ready click on the Green Proceed to Checkout button
  5. Account: Login if you already have an account or Once you have filled in all of the billing details, select the create an account check box (located toward the bottom of the page) create a username & password, then click “Proceed To Payment”
  6. Payment Instructions: On the Checkout  page, select a payment option Venmo or Cashapp. 
  7. Terms & Conditions: Select the terms & conditions checkbox.
  8. Place Order: Click the green Place Order button. The instructions for sending payment will be shown on the thank you page. Orders will only ship after payment has been received
  9. Tracking: Once payment is received, your order will be processed and will ship within 24 hours. We will email your USPS tracking number as soon as it is available
  10. Delivery Times: Once your order has shipped, delivery time will be between 2-3 business days. Orders shipped via USPS are guaranteed to be delivered within 1-3 business days.
How will my order be packaged?
  • All packages are discreet and smell proof
  • Product is first placed in a food-grade vacuum bag then vacuum sealed to eliminate odors and seal in freshness
  • Product is then placed in a box and then inside a generic USPS envelope with a shipping label
Can I add/edit/cancel my order?

Unfortunately due to the large amount of orders processed we don’t allow any adding or editing or cancelation of order. Please make sure you know what you want to order before you place your order. If you want to add to your order, just place another order.

Free gift with minimum purchase

A random free gift is available upon reaching order minimums. This keeps the process simple and allows for maximum efficiency, also it ensures you receive your free gift as before many people would forget to add it to their cart, now it is automatically included once you reach the order minimum.

Do you issue refunds or exchanges?

We do not issue refunds or exchanges for most products. If you believe that you have received a defective product please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Venmo and Cashapp. (MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE NOTES SECTION WHEN SENDING PAYMENT)

Instructions how to complete payment will be provided on the thank you page and with your email confirmation and orders will ship only after payment has been received. If we receive your payment by 12pm PST, your order ships that business day, otherwise it will be shipped the next business day

I've sent my payment, What happens next?

Once you have sent your payment, it could take up to 1 hour for us to receive & process it. Your order will be pending until we confirm payment has been received.

If we receive your payment by 12:00 pm PST Monday to Friday, your order will ship the same business day otherwise it will ship the following business day. Once your order has shipped, the tracking information will be sent to you by email.

What happens to my order if I don't submit the payment?

Once you have placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit payment. Your order will be kept On Hold until we receive your payment. If we do not receive your payment within 2 days, your order will be canceled.

Can I use multiple coupons?

Our store policy allows only 1 coupon per order.

When will you ship my order?

If your payment is received by 12:00 PM PST, it will ship the same business day. If your payment is received after 12:00 PM PST, your order will ship the following business day. Payments that are received after 12pm PST on Friday or payment on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

How long does delivery take?

Orders shipped via mail by USPS will take 2-3 business days on average, in some cases it may only take 1-2.

USPS manages the shipping of your package. We will not refund your shipping amount if USPS is late on delivery.

Do you ship outside of the US?

We do not ship outside of the United States.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees are a flat rate of $15 anywhere in the US. Free shipping is available for orders of $150 or more.

Lost Orders
Da Trap Shop assumes no responsibility for lost orders due to:
 
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer (including typos or auto-correct errors)
  • Customer change of address / residence prior to shipping
  • Theft after delivery
  • Package being rejected upon delivery (by doorman or other)
We no longer use a valid return address. Packages with incomplete/ incorrect addresses (such as missing unit number) will be undeliverable by USPS and not returned to us. No refunds or replacements will be issued. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS. Contact us immediately for corrections before paying.
 
Since the tracking information is provided prior to delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time and date of the expected delivery. Packages deemed by USPS as ‘successfully delivered’ will not be refunded or replaced free of charge. 
My package says delivered but I haven't received anything. What is happening?

There are two likely scenarios:

  1. The postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or
  2. What often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. USPS will open an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you will get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a one-time replacement free of charge.

“The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked:

  • with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf;
  • their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key;
  • around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home.

In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received.”

Who is eligible to purchase on your site?

Anybody over the age of 18 who lives in the US is qualified to purchase cannabis through our site.

Is it safe?
